Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the website pim.ecoreagency.com (the “Site”) collects, why we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. By using the Site or sending us a form you agree to this Policy.

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

  • Data you provide through the contact or consultation form: name, phone, email, company name and your message.
  • Technical data recorded automatically when a form is submitted: IP address (spam and abuse protection), date and time, and the page the form was sent from.
  • Usage data collected by cookies and by analytics and advertising tools (see section 5): pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, pseudonymous identifiers.

We do not collect special categories of data and the Site is not directed at children under 16.

3. Why we use the data

  • to answer your request, hold a consultation and discuss cooperation;
  • to prepare a proposal and conclude a contract at your request;
  • to protect the Site from spam, bots and abuse;
  • to understand how visitors use the Site and improve it;
  • to advertise our services and products and measure advertising performance (including through Meta and Google).

We do not sell personal data and do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, under the GDPR. The legal bases are your consent (submitting a form, accepting cookies), steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in protecting the Site, analytics and promoting our own services.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site may use the following third-party tools, each of which sets its own cookies or similar technologies:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the Site will keep working, but some statistics and advertising will no longer be personalised.

6. Who we share data with

  • Telegram — form submissions are delivered to our team chat in Telegram Messenger;
  • hosting provider — the servers that run the Site and store the submissions log;
  • Google and Meta — within the analytics and advertising described in section 5.

Some of these recipients are located outside Ukraine and the EEA (including the USA). Transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided by law. Data is disclosed to anyone else only at your request or where required by law.

7. How long we keep data

Form data is kept while communication about your request continues and no longer than 3 years after the last contact (unless a contract provides otherwise). Submission log records are deleted within the same period. Cookie lifetimes are set by each tool (from the session up to 2 years).

8. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we process about you, obtain a copy, have it corrected, restricted or erased, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the supervisory authority in your country. Write to welcome@ecoreagency.com — we reply within 10 business days.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS; only authorised staff have access to the submissions log and the team chat. We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; the current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
