Consumer electronics, mobile tech and home appliances
ZHUK is a national chain with over 260 stores across Ukraine. An online store with 150,000+ active products in mobile technology, electronics and services.
Replace a platform that had reached its limits with a solution that scales without restrictions — while fully preserving the data and the team's familiar workflows
ZHUK ran on Horoshop — a platform that at some point stopped matching the company's scale and ambitions. It lacked tools for managing a huge catalog, automating content processes and flexibly extending functionality. Meanwhile, the system had accumulated hundreds of thousands of products, including archived ones, and a large content team worked with well-established processes.
We built a full-fledged online store on the combination of eCore PIM (data management) and eCore Soft (our own eCommerce framework). We set up complete synchronization between the PIM, the website and the company's ERP. We migrated over 250,000 products, including archived items — with no data loss and no business downtime.
We configured the content team's working environment around the team's habits — the tools they were used to were preserved. On top of that, we added what they never had before:
Automated supplier management. A system for automatically processing supplier price lists: parsing data from various formats, matching it against the catalog and automatically creating new product cards.
A loyalty program. Launching a full-fledged loyalty program for the chain's customers, built on a dedicated eCore PIM module.
The company got an infrastructure with no scaling limits. 250,000+ products run reliably. The content team kept its familiar processes and gained tools that didn't exist before. Automation freed the team from routine work — and that time now goes into growth.
Active partnership. Work is underway on automated price list processing, with a loyalty program launch planned.
This case is about scale without compromise. 250,000 products, 260 stores, an owned platform — and none of the limitations a third-party SaaS imposes.
